Preventative Care
Keeping your smile healthy and beautiful is easy with a regular dental routine.
How can you care for your smile?
The very best way you can care for your teeth is regularly brushing and flossing, this means at least twice a day, while also making it to your regular cleanings. The most common frequency for cleanings will be twice a year, but you'll want to ask your doctor to get those rhythms tailored specifically to your needs.
In a cleaning the dental hygenist will get to fully exam your teeth, to make sure they are aware of any possible trouble spots. They will then use a scalar to remove any tartar or plaque from your teeth. After, they use a gritty tooth paste to help polish of any leftover plaque or tartar. They will then expertly floss your teeth. To finish up they will apply a fluoride treatment to help protect your teeth from any cavities.
This process will leave your teeth cleaner than is possible at home and help guard against decay.
